You’ll need to scale these mountains and get up to their peaks to be able to disable the signal jammers in these locations, so add that into your time allotment for this quest, as well. Another part of this quest that is fairly unique is the fact that it doesn’t take place in any of the towns on the map, but rather, up in the mountains that tower above them.
